Upon entering our office, one of our Patient Service Specialists will welcome you as a member of our family. We want our patients to feel at home and relaxed. They will assist you with any questions you may have about the paperwork or your insurance. For your convenience, the new patient questionnaire is available on this website. The paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition. You can save yourself a great deal of time if you complete these forms prior to your first visit, if not we will always have them available when you arrive.
Next, you will meet with one of our chiropractic assistants who will take your vitals along with any records such as x-rays, MRIs, or records you may have and prepare them for the DR.
Then you will meet with Dr. Morrison to discuss your health concerns and your treatment options. The initial visit is designed for the doctors to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
After your consult, the Dr. will perform a complete chiropractic, neurological, orthopedic, and movement assessment. However, nothing will be done without your consent.
Patients often ask if they will need x rays or an MRI? The need for these procedures is determined by the history of your injury and the Dr’s finding on his exam. So, the answer to this question is sometimes.
We prefer not to radiate our patients if we do not see a need for it.
Next, the Dr. will review his findings with you in detail and discuss his recommendations. The Dr. will develop a personalized treatment plan with your goals in mind that will quickly restore your health and life.
Our patient’s health is our priority! If for some reason the Dr. feels you are not a good candidate for Chiropractic care or feels that your condition requires a consult with a different specialty, he will refer you to another provider.
