He enjoys combining traditional acupuncture with contemporary techniques, blending old and new to create a unique style of acupuncture treatment optimized for today's modern and complex world. Riz enjoys working with patients of all ages and has treated people from age seven all the way up to 94! He empowers patients with tools that they can use in their daily lives, and enjoys seeing people improve not only the health conditions they arrive with, but also the ones lurking in the background that they may have gotten used to and forgotten about. Riz views the unpleasant symptoms that we all experience as messages from the body that something needs to be changed, and not simply covered up. By using acupuncture, he seeks to eliminate unwanted symptoms and return the body to a state of balance.
Stephanie specializes in alleviating stress, anxiety, and pain and leveraging ADHD as a superpower through hypnosis.
Hypnosis provides a pleasant, meditative-like experience where you remain focused and aware while your body and mind are relaxed. In this state you can work at the subconscious level to make positive improvements in your life. Your thoughts govern your actions, so when you change your thoughts, your actions easily change. This approach regularly helps to reduce stress, pain, lose weight, and stop smoking. It is supportive and compatible with other treatment modalities.
Stephanie is board certified in clinical hypnotherapy through the International Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy and the American International Association and she received her health coaching certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Additionally, she holds a Bachelors degree in Education and a Masters in Business Administration. She has continued her education at the Harvard Medical School in Lifestyle Management for Stress Management and holds specialist certification in Hypnosis and ADHD from the American Hypnosis Association.
